NAPA Auto Parts - Dyna Parts LLC in Twin Falls, Idaho seeks an Inventory Liquidation Coordinator to manage regional inventory through the class process, pulling overages and preparing shipments back to the DC.

The role requires travel to store locations, collaboration with Store and Regional Managers, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive, self-motivated work style to safeguard company assets.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Previous inventory experience preferred.
• High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred.
• Proficient problem solving and investigatory skills.
• Capable of recognizing and distinguishing letters and numbers.
• Proficient attention to detail, accuracy.
• Self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quarterly physical inventory class pulls to return to the distribution center (DC).
• Read and understand generated pull reports provided by the central office.
• Utilize scanner to collect and report pulled quantities.
• Paletize pulled physical inventory and prepare for shipment.
• Coordinate with managers to report inventory findings and activities.
• Assists stores with inventory control procedures.
• Investigate and find solutions for inventory discrepancies.
• Demonstrate a professional attitude, conduct and appearance.
• Work with Store, Regional, and Asset/Inventory Control Managers to protect and maintain company assets.
• Helps with and promotes overall cleanliness of the stockroom and store.
• Perform other assignments and duties as assigned.
