Responsibilities
  • Travel to provide support at multiple customer facilities for scheduled and unscheduled gaps in coverage
  • Manage inventory, including stock room and dispensing of products
  • Handle order management, including order entry, expediting, and customer service support
  • Oversee chemical management by receiving, registering, and tracking chemical containers
  • Conduct glass wash operations, ensuring end-to-end sterilization processes
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years of related experience within a laboratory setting preferred
  • GxP experience and IATA/DOT certification, knowledge of OSHA requirements are a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a commitment to excellent customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of multi-tasking in a complex work environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Military service/training in lieu of a degree may be considered
  • Previous experience working in customer service within a laboratory context
  • Familiarity with chemical-based allergens and safety protocols
