International Schools Partnership Limited seeks an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain core networks, storage, and telecom platforms across regional sites.

The role requires 5+ years in IT infrastructure with virtualization, cloud, and strong security practices. You will collaborate with regional IT teams, vendors, and facilities to ensure reliable services and scalable growth for ISP-operated schools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in IT.
• 5+ years of IT infrastructure engineering experience.
• Experience across multi-site or distributed environments.
• Strong knowledge of network architecture, server infrastructure, and cloud services.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization and cybersecurity practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain infrastructure components including networks, storage, and telecommunications platforms.
• Implement infrastructure standards across regional sites.
• Support deployment of new infrastructure systems and technology refresh initiatives.
• Engineer scalable and secure infrastructure to support school operations and regional growth.
• Ensure availability, resilience, and performance of critical infrastructure services.
• Support disaster recovery, redundancy, backup, and failover systems.
• Collaborate with facilities teams to support physical infrastructure needs.
• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis for infrastructure issues.
• Work with vendors to support deployments and troubleshooting.
• Assist in evaluating new technologies, hardware, and infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Engineering & Implementation

• Design, deploy, andmaintaininfrastructure components including networks, storage systems, and telecommunications platforms.
• Implement infrastructure standards across regional sites in alignment with centralarchitecture and best practices.
• Support the deployment of new infrastructure systems, upgrades, and technology refresh initiatives.
• Engineer scalable and secure infrastructure solutions to support school operations and regional growth.

Infrastructure Operations & Reliability

• Ensure the availability, resilience, and performance of critical infrastructure services.
• Support disaster recovery, redundancy, backup, and failover systems across regional infrastructure.
• Collaborate with local facilities teams to ensure physical infrastructure (power, cooling, and connectivity) supports IT systems.
• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis for infrastructure-related issues.

Vendor & Technical Collaboration

• Work with vendors and service providers to support infrastructure deployments, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Assistin evaluatingnew technologies, hardware, and infrastructure solutions.
• Collaborate with regional IT teams to ensure infrastructure services meet operational needs.

Security & Compliance

• Implement andmaintaininfrastructure security controls including firewalls, network segmentation, and access management.
• Ensure infrastructure aligns with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support vulnerability remediation and infrastructure security improvements.

Infrastructure Projects

• Participate in regional infrastructure projects including network deployments, site upgrades, and cloud migrations.
• Contribute to infrastructure design documentation, implementation planning, and technical validation.
• Support the rollout of new schools or site expansions by deploying standardized infrastructure solutions.

Documentation & Standards

• Maintainaccurateinfrastructure documentation including network diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of infrastructure standards and operational practices.
• Share technical knowledge and guidance with local IT teams to support consistent infrastructure management across the region.

Skills

• Certifications such as Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), CompTIA Network+, VMware, or equivalent infrastructure certifications.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of network security, firewalls, and access control systems.
• Familiarity with IT service management practices (ITIL or similar).
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring and management tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with regional team5,000s and technical vendors.
• Flexibility to travel within the region whenrequired.

Benefits: ISP offers a benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.

We anticipate the salary range to be: $85,000-$95,000. An individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors which include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions.
