Job summary

Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This regional role requires candidates to reside within 60 miles of Great Neck, NY and be willing to travel extensively.

Core responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading HVAC systems; responding to service calls promptly and documenting work thoroughly.

Qualifications

• EPA Level 2 certification is required.
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic components is preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and via email.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service cooling systems; diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, install, and replace components as needed.
• Perform regular performance checks and scheduled maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Address upgrades and seasonal maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Respond to service calls promptly, including after-hours and weekend calls as needed.
• Complete daily work reports accurately and on time.
