Job summary

Walmart seeks a dynamic Licensed Manager HVAC in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventive maintenance of our facilities within a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring our buildings operate efficiently and safely for associates and customers.

The role requires approximately 50% regional travel, maintenance of contractor licenses, strong leadership, and collaboration with Store Managers and Facility Services Leaders.

Qualifications

• Licensed HVAC manager with regional travel experience.
• Maintains mechanical contractor licenses and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities for diverse teams.
• Experience in facilities maintenance with attention to safety and quality.
• Certifications in EPA Universal, PMP, and Lean Six Sigma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
• Lead and develop technicians and coordinate with store managers.
• Maintain licenses and ensure compliance with applicable codes and permits.
• Provide reporting and analytics on maintenance activities and KPIs.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors and manage scope of work.
