Loenbro is seeking a Regional Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for the West Region. This role serves as the People & Culture leader, responsible for providing comprehensive HR support aligned with business priorities. The HRBP acts as a trusted advisor and must demonstrate strong judgment and employee relations expertise within a fast-paced environment.
Key qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, 6-7 years of relevant experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. A bilingual capability in English and Spanish is preferred. The position comes with a competitive salary and benefits package.

The Human Resources Business Partner serves as the primary People & Culture leader for a large, complex region and acts as a trusted advisor to regional leadership. This role is responsible for delivering full scope HR support aligned to business priorities, operational execution, and enterprise people strategy. Operating within a matrix reporting structure, the HR Business Partner partners closely with the Regional President while maintaining enterprise alignment through the Vice President of People & Culture. The role requires strong judgment, sound employee relations expertise, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, field driven environment.
