Job summary

TechPro Power Group is hiring an Area HSE Coordinator to advance health, safety, and environmental programs across multiple field locations. You will coach technicians, lead risk assessments, and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.

The role emphasizes field presence, incident investigations, and continuous improvement through collaboration with Operations, HR, and Safety leadership; a strong focus on safety culture and performance metrics is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in health, safety and environmental roles, with field experience preferred.
• Strong field-based experience at active job sites and multiple locations.
• OSHA knowledge and applicable safety regulations.
• Certifications such as OSHA 30, BCSP STS/CHST/OHST preferred.
• Ability to influence across all levels and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as field HSE point of contact across locations; coach site leadership on safe work practices.
• Conduct risk assessments, JHAs, and hazard identifications; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate incident reporting, investigations, and root cause analysis with corrective actions.
• Lead toolbox talks, safety stand-downs, and field-based trainings.
• Track HSE performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR and Safety leadership; interface with clients as needed.
