Job summary

Reliance, Inc. is seeking a Regional HR Specialist in Schaumburg, IL to support HR functions across a defined region. You will manage onboarding, HRIS data entry, and employee records while partnering with the Recruitment Specialist to align hiring plans and onsite interviews.

You will assist with benefits, open enrollment, compliance, and employee relations, ensuring timely documentation and adherence to policies. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Recruitment Specialist to execute the recruitment process and onsite interviews.
• Prepare and coordinate pre-employment documentation, drug testing, and background checks.
• Enter, update, and maintain employee data in HRIS (Dayforce) and ensure accuracy of records.
• Support payroll processes, garnishments, deductions, and wage changes.
• Coordinate with payroll on open enrollment, benefits, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate offboarding activities and ensure completion of exit documentation.
