Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to join our team. This role will be pivotal in driving a positive workplace culture through effective employee relations and leading our full-cycle recruitment processes. The HR Manager will also assist with employee experience initiatives and talent management programs to help attract, develop, and retain top talent within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to managers and staff.
  • Manage and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Conduct thorough investigations of employee complaints and maintain documentation in compliance with company policy and legal requirements.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, trust, and respect among all employees.
  • Advise leadership on employee relations issues and recommend proactive solutions.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and job offers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Create and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Implement innovative sourcing methods to attract diverse and highly qualified candidates.
  • Oversee onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a seamless integration into the company.
  • Support the design and execution of initiatives that enhance overall employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Help identify high-potential employees and coordinate development and retention plans.
  • Participate in succession planning and support leadership development programs.
  • Contribute to the improvement of HR programs, policies, and procedures to enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and company policies.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to execute HR projects and programs as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated emphasis on employee relations and recruiting.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR practices, and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and earn trust across all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency with Workday systems and MS Office Suite.
