Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a Regional Director of Human Resources to lead HR strategy across multiple hotels and resorts. This onsite role is based in Indianapolis, IN or Key West, FL with travel to properties.

You will partner with General Managers, develop leaders, drive engagement, ensure compliance, and shape culture across the portfolio. With 8+ years of multi-property HR experience and SHRM certifications preferred, you will lead a high-performance HR team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience across multiple hotels/resorts.
• Multi-property HR leadership experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR leadership to multiple hotels/resorts within an assigned portfolio.
• Partner with General Managers and senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Coach and support property HR leaders, helping build strong HR teams and develop future leaders.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, workforce planning, succession planning, retention, and engagement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and Davidson policies.
