Job summary

Elderly Housing Development & Operations Corporation (EHDOC) is looking for a Regional Manager to oversee operations of multifamily residential properties across several states. This role requires exceptional leadership and organizational skills with an expectation of 60% or more travel to support operations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in affordable housing programs and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include managing community managers, ensuring compliance, and maintaining optimal occupancy levels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience working in affordable housing programs.
• Experience managing multiple communities.
• Possess HCCP, COS and HUD Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of assigned Communities.
• Conduct periodic reviews of rental applications.
• Ensure personnel respond to resident requests efficiently.
