Arbor Lodging is seeking an Area Director of Sales to lead sales for three Champaign hotels: Hilton Garden Inn Champaign, Home2 Champaign, and Homewood Suites Champaign. You will drive direct sales, marketing initiatives, and property tours to grow transient, group, and meeting business.

The role partners with the General Manager to set annual budgets, analyzes market trends, and leads a team to achieve revenue objectives while delivering exceptional guest service.

Formación

• 3+ years in Director of Sales or Dual DOS role
• Experience in hotel industry required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilidades

• Develops and executes a sales plan to drive transient, group, and meeting business.
• Leads sales marketing and advertising tasks and manages budgets with the General Manager.
• Maintains relationships with major accounts, tourism and business associations to secure repeat business.
• Monitors performance metrics and prepares monthly reports for leadership.
• Conducts regular outside calls, tours, and prospecting to grow market share.
