Regional Home Care Sales Manager
Virginia and Maryland
About the Role:
We seek a driven and experienced Regional Home Care Sales Manager to lead our client's business development efforts in Virginia and Maryland. This field-based role has a dual focus: driving home care referrals and presenting (B2B) efforts while meeting with prospective families and clientele (B2C) across Virginia and Maryland.
The ideal candidate will also manage a team of one to three Home Care Liaisons.
Key Responsibilities:
70% Territory Work: Cultivate and grow your referral network to generate home care cases and meet monthly goals.
30% Team Leadership: Manage and support a team of up to 3 Home Care Liaisons to ensure their success and alignment with company goals.
Build strong referral relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, skilled nursing facilities, social workers, case managers, and more.
Collaborate on strategy, monitor KPIs, and report on progress weekly.
Represent the company at industry events and local community outreach efforts.
Use CRM software to track activities and manage lead pipelines.
Performance Goals:
3-month ramp-up period with clear, results-driven revenue targets
Requirements:
Must have home care sales experience
Must have established referral relationships in North Jersey
Must demonstrate a proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
Team management experience preferred
Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools
Strong understanding of core sales KPIs and conversion metrics
Skilled in developing sales strategies to reach ideal clients in the health and homecare space
Proven ability to identify and implement high-impact sales tactics
Track record of success in attracting and converting private pay clientele through strategic outreach
Extremely competitive base salary + commission package
