Links Recruiting seeks a senior construction leader to establish and grow the Raleigh regional business. You will develop the market, build the local team, secure and estimate work, and execute projects while managing financial and operational performance.

Ideal candidates bring senior heavy civil/infrastructure experience with strong estimating and project execution capabilities and a track record of leading teams.

Qualifications

• Senior-level heavy civil/infrastructure construction experience with strong estimating and project execution capabilities.
• Experience leading people and projects, managing financial performance and operating with broad ownership.
• Experience building or growing a branch, division, business unit, or geographic market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the Raleigh regional market strategy and growth.
• Build and lead the local project and field teams, plan staffing and resources.
• Lead business development, pursuing opportunities and securing work.
• Oversee estimating, preconstruction and project execution to ensure financial performance.
• Manage customer relationships and regional partners to drive ongoing growth.
