Job summary

Aegis Sciences Corporation is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive new business in the San Francisco South territory (Fremont, Gilroy, Monterey, San Jose, Santa Cruz). This is an outside sales role with uncapped commission in a fast-moving healthcare market.

You will build trusted relationships, manage accounts, travel daily (up to 50%), and collaborate with Client Services, Laboratory, and Billing to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2+ years of sales experience strongly preferred
• Healthcare/diagnostics experience welcome but not required
• Must be able to travel throughout the territory (daily, up to 50% overnight)

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales quotas by acquiring new business and growing existing accounts
• Develop and manage territory through proactive prospecting and account planning
• Travel within SF South territory daily (up to 50%) to meet with customers
• Deliver compelling presentations and proposals, coordinating with internal teams
• Represent Aegis at national/regional events and stay informed on industry trends
