Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in healthcare operations management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of success in driving business growth and improving patient outcomes.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Active Illinois NHA license

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily operations of multiple healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Developing and implementing effective operational strategies to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
• Fostering a culture of excellent patient care, encouraging collaboration and open communication among staff members.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports.
• Providing leadership and guidance to facility managers and staff, ensuring proper training and development.
• Collaborating with other department leaders to drive company-wide initiatives and strategic planning.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
