Job summary

Siemens Healthineers seeks a dedicated Site Installation Project Manager to lead the execution of imaging equipment installations across MR, CT, X-Ray modalities. You will manage logistics, planning, delivery, and on-site coordination with facilities, architects, engineers, and contractors to meet the project schedule.

Your role includes presales support, customer communications, and optimizing equipment layouts and clinical workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience required.
• Minimum 1–3+ years of complex project management experience; healthcare construction preferred (electrical, plumbing, structural, HVAC).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings; CAD knowledge preferred.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication; highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics, planning, delivery and installation activities for imaging equipment across modalities.
• Coordinate with facilities, architects, engineers and contractors to meet project schedules and resolve construction issues.
• Attend presales meetings with Sales and support the sales relationship with customers as required.
• Consult with customers to optimize equipment layouts and clinical workflows for drawings and project plans.
• Visit project sites to secure measurements, procure cost estimates and review critical success factors.
