Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG in the United States is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee logistics, planning, delivery and installation of imaging equipment across modalities (MR, CT, X-ray) for new hospital or research facilities.

You will manage multiple projects, build relationships with stakeholders, review quotes, create cost estimates and schedules, and communicate progress—travel up to 75% is required, and a company car is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5+ years of complex project management experience.
• Construction in healthcare environments preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings.
• Knowledge of the construction industry (electrical, plumbing, structural, HVAC).
• CAD knowledge preferred.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.
• Candidates should be based in the geographic locations listed in title and be willing to travel to other neighboring states as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics, planning, delivery and installation activities for imaging equipment across all modalities.
• Foster and maintain high-level relationships with key accounts to drive revenue and develop pre-construction plans, estimates and schedules.
• Monitor construction progress, coordinate with facilities, engineers and other stakeholders, and manage delivery and installation to a mutual schedule.
• Manage multiple projects in support of ground-up hospital or research facilities.
• Visit project sites to secure measurements, review quotes and key project success factors.
• Communicate project information, status updates, schedule and scope changes to internal and external stakeholders.
