Job summary

GCX Healthcare in Denver, CO, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager I to drive revenue across AZ, CO, HI, NV, and UT. You will own assigned accounts, build strategic territory plans, and lead efforts with IT, clinical leaders, and executives to improve clinical workflows and patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• One to three years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare technology, medical devices, capital equipment, or healthcare IT.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales quotas.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels of an organization.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills and consistent attention to pipeline, opportunity, and forecast accuracy.
• Must be based in the Denver, Colorado, area.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare IT, clinical, operational, supply chain, and executive leaders.
• Manage assigned Strategic and Growth accounts throughout Arizona, Colorado, Hawaii, Nevada, and Utah, with clear ownership and accountability.
• Expand GCX’s share of business within existing accounts while identifying and winning new customers across hospitals, health systems, and integrated delivery networks.
• Develop strategic territory and account plans, identify untapped opportunities, and support customer standardization initiatives.
• Support customer initiatives involving clinical mobility, virtual nursing, telehealth, patient monitoring, and workflow optimization.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline sufficient to achieve territory revenue and growth objectives.
• Maintain timely and accurate CRM records, including account activity, opportunities, pipeline stages, next steps, expected close dates, and forecasts.
• Partner with the Regional Sales Director through regular coaching, opportunity reviews, territory planning, and pipeline discussions.
• Pursue large strategic opportunities in partnership with the Regional Sales Director and other internal subject-matter experts while maintaining ownership of the customer relationship.
• Transition qualifying implementations to Project Management for post-sale fulfillment, onboarding, and go-live support while remaining appropriately engaged with the customer.
• Coordinate direct and channel sales activities with the Channel Manager and other internal teams to ensure clear responsibilities and successful customer outcomes.
• Communicate customer workflow, clinical, and technology insights to Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering.
• Consistently achieve assigned territory quota, revenue growth, and new-business objectives.
