Job summary

GCX Healthcare is seeking a Regional Sales Manager I based in the Denver, CO area to drive revenue across Arizona, Colorado, Hawaii, Nevada, and Utah. You will expand existing customer relationships and develop new business within hospitals, health systems, and IDNs.

You will collaborate with healthcare IT, Clinical Engineering, Nursing Informatics, and Supply Chain teams to understand customer needs and deliver clinical workflow solutions that improve patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare tech or medical devices.
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales quotas.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and consultative selling.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills with pipeline, opportunity and forecast accuracy.
• Based in the Denver, Colorado area and able to travel.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare IT, clinical, operational, supply chain, and executive leaders.
• Manage assigned Strategic and Growth accounts across multiple states.
• Expand GCX’s share of business in existing accounts and win new customers in hospitals and health systems.
• Develop territory/account plans and identify untapped opportunities.
• Support initiatives in clinical mobility, telehealth, and workflow optimization.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet revenue and growth objectives.
• Keep CRM records up-to-date with activities, opportunities, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Director on coaching, planning, and reviews.
• Pursue large strategic opportunities with internal SMEs while owning customer relationships.
• Coordinate direct and channel sales with Channel Manager and internal teams.
