Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• Current WA or OR RN license and license in good standing.
• Five to ten years of clinical experience in Long Term Care.

Responsibilities

• Serves as an advisor to communities relating to clinical policy, procedure, and program development.
• Works with VP of Health and Wellness on implementation of clinical strategies standards and oversees quality and safety standards.
• Provides onboarding, training, and support for nursing staff and leadership at community level; assists in DNS hiring as needed.
• Delivers competency-based programs for nursing leadership to improve skills and retention of knowledge.
• Acts as a resource on clinical issues and trends, and collaborates with agencies as needed.
