Job summary

COPE Health Solutions seeks a Float Program Manager to support Health Scholar sites across a geographic area. The role includes recruitment, on-site operations, and mentorship to program participants, with travel up to 80% and location in Orange County, CA.

As the liaison between participants, internal teams, and clients, you will help deliver program experiences, meet recruitment goals, and build relationships with hospital executives, while ensuring compliance and delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1-2+ years of work experience strongly preferred.
• Passion for student teaching, mentoring and development.
• Strong project and people management skills; experience managing large group strongly preferred.
• Recruitment experience preferred; comfortable recruiting and networking is required.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively recruit and maintain a strong pipeline of Health Scholar candidates.
• Support site Program Managers at multiple locations with supervision and mentorship.
• Build and manage relationships with hospital client executives and staff.
• Analyze program metrics to report value, risks and opportunities to clients.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations and company policies.
