You will mentor health leaders, manage proposals and marketing communications, and advance HDR’s reputation through thought leadership and industry engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in architecture, engineering, planning or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years industry experience.
• Professional registration.
• Experience with strategic marketing programs for architecture, engineering or planning services.
• Strong leadership and client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Business Development Strategy for the Health market sector in the Northeast Region.
• Lead premarketing and pursuit processes, including proposal development and client capture plans.
• Manage health sector goals, budgeting, and market planning.
• Nurture client relationships and expand service opportunities.
• Represent the firm within local healthcare markets and industry organizations.
