Job summary

HDR is seeking a South Central Region Health Director to lead its health practice across the region. This senior role drives business development, client relationships, and market strategy for health design and planning services.

The position requires a professional architecture/engineering/planning background, extensive leadership experience, and a commitment to HDR values. Located in Texas with regional responsibilities and travel as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in architecture, engineering, planning or related field.
Minimum of 10 years industry experience in A/E/C or related fields.
Professional registration maintained.
Experience developing and managing strategic marketing programs for architecture, engineering, or planning services.

Responsibilities

Lead the Health market sector business development strategies regionally and locally.
Oversee premarketing, pursuit processes and proposal development.
Manage health sector goals, budgets, and market plans.
Develop and nurture strong client relationships across facilities and systems.
Promote HDR capabilities through thought leadership and external engagement.
Mentor health leaders and support staff development and onboarding.
