Job summary

Recovery Resource Council is seeking a Regional Alignment & Data Coordinator for PRC Region 3 in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The role focuses on data collection, analysis, and regional needs assessments to support prevention efforts and community health across North Texas.

The ideal candidate is organized, curious, and self-directed, with strong data presentation skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders. Some regional travel and occasional evening events are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Entry-level candidates invited to apply.
• Experience with public health data, research, or program evaluation is preferred.
• Strong interest in substance use prevention and public health.
• Ability to identify data sources and interpret data.
• Strong written communication to present technical information.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, organize, analyze, and maintain regional health data.
• Lead development of a Regional Needs Assessment with stakeholder engagement and data visualization.
• Monitor regional health trends and disseminate findings through reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate a regional epidemiological workgroup and document follow-ups.
• Develop data products to support prevention information and planning.
• Plan and facilitate meetings, trainings, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Prepare presentations for audiences with varying technical knowledge.
