TYG is seeking an exceptional MD to lead its Disputes and Advisory practice in New York. The role focuses on steering a high-performing team delivering advisory and expert services in construction disputes, including delay and cost issues.

You will shape strategy, guide complex claims, and strengthen client relationships. The position offers leadership responsibilities and a proven track record in bringing in new work, with a clear path to expanding the firm’s regional footprint in the United

Qualifications

• Strong background in construction disputes and advisory work.
• Proven track record leading expert appointments or supporting expert work.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to contribute to business development and bring a book of business.
• Prior experience in a consultancy or expert witness environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team delivering advisory and expert services in construction disputes.
• Oversee preparation, strategy, and presentation of claims for clients across major projects.
