Job summary

Dave Hausbeck Trucking (DHT Group) is seeking experienced CDL-A Hazmat Tanker Drivers for our Central Indiana regional propane and butane operations based in Indianapolis. Enjoy weekly home time with a typical cycle of 5 on the road and 2 at home, serving Central, Northern, and Southern Indiana.

Competitive compensation includes weekly gross earnings from $1,300 to $2,500+, plus per-mile pay and pumping compensation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of verifiable CDL-A driving experience.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required (H/N or X).
• Ability to safely operate tanker pumping equipment and handle hoses.
• Commitment to safety and professional driving practices.
• Able to meet applicable DOT qualification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport propane and butane (UN1075).
• Load and unload using specialized tanker pumping equipment.
• Perform required vehicle and equipment inspections.
• Maintain accurate ELD records and shipping documentation.
• Inspect hoses, valves, fittings, and safety equipment.
• Represent DHT professionally at loading/unloading facilities.
