Job summary

Dave Hausbeck Trucking (DHT Group) is seeking experienced CDL-A Hazmat Tanker Owner Operators for a regional propane and butane operation in Gary, Indiana. You’ll run a 70% linehaul share with a fuel surcharge and weekly settlements, backed by an established dispatcher and customer base.

The role offers regional freight opportunities with weekly home time, typically 5 days on the road and 2 days home, servicing Gary, IN and nearby markets. Experience with propane/butane is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and Hazmat (H) endorsement are required.
• Tanker (N) endorsement required; X endorsement accepted.
• 1–2 years of verifiable CDL-A driving experience preferred.
• Safe driving record and ability to meet DOT qualification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport propane and butane (UN1075).
• Operate throughout Indiana and surrounding regional service areas.
• Load product from regional terminals (Griffith, Danville, Lebanon, Monee).
• Deliver safely and professionally to DHT customers.
