Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Dallas seeks a Regional Marketing Director to lead strategic marketing for a national residential portfolio. You will develop programs, partner with the national marketing team, and drive occupancy and revenue across a portfolio of multifamily assets.

The role requires multifamily marketing experience, a BA/BS, and experience with property management software; strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Multifamily marketing experience preferred.
• BA/BS degree strongly preferred.
• Experience with property management software required.
• Graphic design experience is a plus.
• Excellent written, verbal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for multifamily assets.
• Collaborate with the national marketing team to align goals and initiatives.
• Manage SEO/SEM goals and digital campaigns for individual properties.
• Research and build community marketing plans to attract target audiences.
• Create and maintain marketing budgets and monitor performance.
