Job summary

The Head of Regional Programs at Foundation for a Just Society will align regional grantmaking with broader strategy, driving operational and programmatic excellence to support movements advancing the rights of women, girls, and LGBTQI people.

This full-time role reports to the Vice President of Programs & Strategy, leads ten staff including three program officers and two senior program officers, and requires international and domestic travel of about 10%.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional grantmaking programs operationally and strategically.
• Align grantmaking with broader organizational strategy.
• Join a leadership cohort to support staff and leadership as the foundation grows.
• Oversee a team of 10, directly managing three program officers and two senior program officers.
• Travel internationally and domestically about 10%.
