You will lead technical teams, analyze data, mentor plant personnel, and deploy standardized TPM My Way practices across plants, with 25–50% travel nationally and internationally; telecommuting per policy is possible.

Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive experience in glass melting and fiber forming processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical project teams.
• Experience with TPM methodologies and capital projects.
• Knowledge of statistical process control and quality systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead regional focused improvement projects with $5M+ value.
• Develop TPM standards, training, and deployment plans.
