Guardian Glass is hiring a Regional Glass Fabrication Manager to lead fabrication line improvements across its Americas plants, focusing on tempering and cutting. You will partner with regional and global operations leaders to build capability and drive reliability.

The role requires engineering, tempering and reliability experience in manufacturing, with travel up to 50% domestically. The position is based in one of several US facilities and offers exposure to cross-functional, global teams.

Qualifications

• Engineering, Tempering, and Reliability experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating tempering lines, offline cutting tables, and edge delete.
• Willing and able to travel up to 50% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations to deliver regional fabrication line improvements, identify risks, troubleshoot downtime, and build countermeasures.
• Provide immediate support for plants with operational or quality issues by leading RCAs, escalations, and follow-up.
• Act as tempering and cutting SME: coach, train, and mentor plant teams to build capability.
• Partner cross-functionally to leverage knowledge resources.
• Drive knowledge sharing through documentation, audits, scalable training, and regular communication.
• Support capital projects, asset care strategies, and Reliability efforts to improve safety, stability and efficiency of fabrication lines.
• Travel up to 50% (North America).
