Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking a Regional Geriatric Physician to provide hands-on medical care across three geriatric and long-term care facilities in PA. The role focuses on elderly residents in nursing home settings, with a predictable, daytime schedule and minimal travel time between sites.

You will visit one facility per day, evaluate patients, manage treatments, review medications, and coordinate with nursing staff and specialists.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with an active medical license.
• Experience in geriatric/long-term care or nursing home settings.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred.
• Willingness to travel by car between facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct medical care to elderly residents in long-term care facilities.
• Conduct patient evaluations and routine medical assessments.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Review medications and adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and care teams.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation.
• Coordinate with specialists and hospitals when necessary.
