Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Vision
- Fully trained as a GM / AGM and able to manage any location.
- Provide leadership, vision, and inspiration to management teams at each assigned venue.
- Serve as acting GM / AGM in the event of an open position until a new manager is appointed and fully trained.
Management & Development
- Direct management responsibility for hiring, training, coaching, developing, evaluating, and disciplining General Managers.
- Ensure the growth and development of department managers to create a strong succession plan and develop future leaders.
- Oversee the adherence to company Core Processes and Standards across all locations.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain high product and service standards established by the company.
- Ensure all F&B health code standards and FOH service steps are implemented and followed.
- Manage P&L responsibilities, controlling inventory levels, and forecasting budgets based on revenue and labor.
Strategic Initiatives & Communication
- Communicate effectively with corporate staff regarding business developments, insights, and strategic initiatives.
- Implement strategic initiatives with consistency and persistence.
- Conduct weekly meetings to review sales strategies, targets, and initiatives.
Revenue Growth
- Collaborate with management teams on revenue-driving initiatives such as seasonal promotions, restaurant promotions, and outside sales targeting corporate events and other markets.
- Focus on mentoring, teaching, and coaching managers on scheduling and achieving labor budget goals.
Reporting & Accountability
- Provide weekly updates on Sales / Marketing, RGM Report, and Manager Meeting Agenda.
- Regularly forecast and report on labor and revenue to ensure alignment with budgeted numbers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a regional management role, preferably within the entertainment or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage P&L responsibilities and control budgets.
- Experience with strategic planning and implementing revenue-driving initiatives.
