Jitsu, Inc. is seeking a General Manager, Central to own the Central region end-to-end, including inbound sort, warehouse operations, and final-mile delivery from Pittsburgh to Austin. The role anchors Indianapolis and Dallas sites, with travel up to 25%.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will lead site ops managers, drive safety, cost control, and growth through new sites, while partnering with Finance on budgets and forecasts in a fast‑growing urban logistics network.

Formación

• 10+ years of operations experience in logistics, parcel, or warehousing with multi-site leadership.
• Experience with P&L or cost-center ownership, budgeting and forecasting.
• Proven ability to develop managers who advance to site leadership.
• Strong data-driven decision making with solid Excel/Sheets skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee inbound sort, warehouse operations, and final-mile delivery across the Central region.
• Drive on-time delivery, manage cost drivers, and partner with Finance on budgets.
• Lead site operations managers and regional planning, coaching managers.
• Establish standard work, scorecards, and roll out new systems region-wide.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and audit-readiness across sites.
• Act as regional contact for key shippers, addressing service failures and improvements.
• Support growth via new sites and lanes as the company expands.
