Job summary

Krystal Biotech, Inc. seeks a Regional Gene Therapy Consultant to lead the launch of Vyjuvek for DEB across a national US territory.

You will drive physician engagement, patient identification, and territory strategies while aligning with patient services and reimbursement teams. The role targets a seasoned pharmaceutical sales professional with dermatology and rare disease experience, capable of navigating complex payer environments and delivering sustained sales success.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required.
• Minimum 7 years of pharmaceutical sales experience; dermatology experience desired.
• Minimum 3 years of rare disease sales experience required.
• Product launch experience required; Start-up experience is desired.
• Experience operating in complex reimbursement environments.
• Must reside within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in the assigned territory through promotion of Vyjuvek to pediatric dermatologists and other key stakeholders involved in the diagnosis, management and treatment of DEB.
• Drive patient identification through market development and account planning; build and execute a territory strategy.
• Promote and educate healthcare professionals on Vyjuvek's indication, usage, and safety through meetings and presentations.
• Build consultative sales relationships and maintain effective communication with key customers and prospects.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure access at site of care and logistics to administer medications.
• Develop and implement a strategic territory business plan to exceed goals.
• Manage IOE budget, marketing materials, and patient materials.
• Attend company meetings and conferences as needed.
