Krystal Biotech, Inc. is seeking a Regional Gene Therapy Consultant to drive the commercial launch of Vyjuvek in an assigned territory.

You will be the voice of the customer, promoting a first‑in‑class topical gene therapy for DEB to dermatology and related specialists, with accountability for market access and execution. The role requires a patient‑first mindset, 7+ years in pharma sales (dermatology a plus) and strong launch experience.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required.
• Minimum 7 years of pharmaceutical sales experience required; dermatology experience desired.
• Minimum 3 years of rare disease sales experience required.
• Product launch experience required; Start‑up experience is desired.
• Experience operating in complex reimbursement environments.
• Must reside within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in the assigned territory through promotion of Vyjuvek to pediatric dermatologists and other key stakeholders.
• Drive patient identification through HCP-driven strategies and develop a territory plan.
• Promote and educate healthcare professionals on Vyjuvek's indication, usage, safety and efficacy.
• Build consultative sales relationships and maintain effective communication with customers and prospects.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure access at site of care and proper logistics for administration.
