Job summary

Jewish National Fund-USA is expanding its Tristate fundraising team and adding an Associate Executive Director to oversee fundraising and community engagement in Manhattan, the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Queens. This role focuses on cultivating major donors, partnering with lay leadership, and driving regional growth through events and mission-based engagement.

The position reports to the Executive Director, Tristate, and is based in New York, NY on-site, five days a week, with travel within the

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive fundraising or related leadership experience, including major gifts.
• Proven ability to develop regional strategy and drive revenue growth.
• Strong executive-level written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional fundraising and engagement strategy aligned with national priorities.
• Set and manage revenue goals, performance metrics, and accountability standards.
• Lead senior representation of JNF-USA within the regional Jewish community.
• Oversee donor cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and portfolio growth.
• Collaborate with lay leadership, board, and national teams to advance fundraising outcomes.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing regional team and manage budgets.
