Job summary

The Alzheimer's Association is seeking a Director, Do What You Love to lead Northern California partnerships and accelerate fundraising growth across corporate and community groups. You will recruit and engage high-level volunteers, including C-suite executives and community leaders, who can leverage networks to expand participation and donor engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7–10 years of experience in volunteer committee development and/or sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to coach and lead volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure Northern California partnerships with large companies and activity-based groups.
• Recruit and engage high-level volunteers, including executives and community leaders.
• Drive fundraising growth and expand brand visibility for the campaign.
• Lead and mentor volunteer committees to achieve revenue and participation goals.
