Role involves managing relationships with franchisees and local retailer management, with regional travel of 50-75% to support stores and new openings. Strong culinary and franchise experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Culinary Degree preferred.
• Sushi chef experience strongly preferred.
• Franchise operations experience strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of multi-unit restaurant management, especially Asian and western hot food experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to grow top-line sales through same store sales increases and training franchisees.
• Develop strong working relationships with retail partners to maintain preferred vendor status.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (licenses, health permits, food handling).
• Investigate non-compliance issues and monitor competitor trends.
• Provide training to sushi chefs on current products and procedures.
• Assist with new store openings and site selection.
