Job summary

Vesuvius is seeking a Regional FP&A Analyst to lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and working capital management. You will deliver actionable insights to senior leadership and partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.

The role requires 7-10+ years of FP&A experience in manufacturing, with strong P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, and advanced Excel skills. Power BI and ERP (JDE/SAP) experience are highly preferred.

Qualifications

7-10+ years of FP&A experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
Demonstrated full P&L ownership and working capital management.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling skills.
Solid understanding of inventory, receivables, and cash flow dynamics.
Experience supporting month-end close and executive-level reporting.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
ERP experience with JDE and/or SAP is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range strategic plans for the Business Unit.
Perform detailed variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior year.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to manage operating expense budgets.
Support scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis for strategic decisions.
Own month-end close processes and deliver executive-level review packages.
