Sims Limited, a global metal recycling leader, seeks an FP&A professional to support the North America Metals regional finance and commercial teams. You will deliver analytical insights, support margin improvements, and help drive data-driven decision making using SAP S4Hana, Excel, and Power BI.

This role partners with regional commercial teams, supports budgeting and forecasting, and contributes to effective capital management and reporting initiatives across the region.

Qualificações

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline preferred.
• 3+ years of analytical experience at regional finance/commercial leadership level.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with BI tools and data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze data to identify drivers of trading margins by supplier, segment, material group and region.
• Collaborate with the regional buy force to understand supplier profitability and maximize margin.
• Develop standard reports to provide insights on high-margin suppliers or categories.
• Communicate analytical insights to Commercial leadership and propose margin-improving initiatives.
• Monitor implementation of initiatives and continuously improve performance terms.
• Provide transparency to traders by tracking KPIs and coordinating reviews of business performance against budgets.
