Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking an Operations Controller – Regional Planning & Forecasting to lead planning, forecasting, and performance management for a defined geographic region. You will partner with regional leaders to ensure financial results align with business objectives and drive continuous improvement in planning and reporting.

The role requires hands-on FP&A, strong accounting knowledge, and the ability to influence across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of FP&A, operations finance, or controllership experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and long-range projections.
• Translate operational drivers into accurate financial forecasts and plans.
• Oversee month-end close, reporting, KPI tracking, and policy compliance.
• Monitor performance vs plan, identify variances, and recommend actions.
• Act as financial liaison between regional ops and segment leadership.
• Support strategic initiatives with scenario modeling and resource allocation.
