Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or criminal justice is preferred.
• Experience with criminal justice systems and mental health services is advantageous.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to organize data and present findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional oversight of community-based care for individuals committed or at risk under Chapter 916.
• Deliver training on forensic statutes and practices and promote diversion opportunities.
• Provide targeted technical assistance to circuit liaisons, forensic case managers, and partners.
• Deliver presentations to judges, attorneys, court staff and program teams to inform on forensic needs.
• Monitor regional trends and performance data to identify gaps and drive improvement strategies.
• Develop and maintain working relationships with providers, managing entities, attorneys, and state facilities.
