Job summary

Infinity Healthcare Consulting seeks a Regional Food Service Director to oversee multiple facilities, directing Food Service Directors and ensuring adherence to policies, budgets, and client expectations. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with dietitians, and drive financial performance across units.

You will develop budgets, monitor KPIs, and ensure QA standards, safety, and HR compliance. The role requires frequent travel and strong leadership in a dynamic food service

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2–5 years’ experience coordinating food service operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and guide teams.
• Strong initiative and communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to travel frequently.
• Confidentiality of records and information.
• Experience with basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all assigned facilities with direct supervision of Food Service Directors.
• Ensure adherence to company and facility policies to deliver high quality service at optimal cost.
• Collaborate with dietitians to meet federal and state requirements.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and understand client needs.
• Manage unit budgets and monitor financial targets; review results weekly/monthly.
• Prepare weekly plans for sales, production, purchases, inventory and labor.
• Lead HR and safety practices and ensure compliance across facilities.
• Support bids, renewals, and development of new programs.
• Conduct audits of facility performance across operations, sanitation, HR, payroll and records.
