The role emphasizes customer service, food quality, and profitability at each site. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of multi-unit management in institutional food service, proficiency with Excel/Word, and willingness to travel.

Qualifikationen

• Institutional food service experience is preferred.
• Must have valid driver license and clean driving record.
• Must pass multiple criminal background checks and drug test.
• Minimum 5 years multi-unit management and/or industrial food service experience.

Aufgaben

• Oversee 7-10 jail kitchens and lead kitchen management teams.
• Demonstrate sound customer service principles to unit staff and resolve issues.
• Establish goals to meet company objectives.
• Identify needs of each facility and adjust plans accordingly.
• Monitor staffing levels and provide hands-on support as needed.
• Conduct monthly or regular visits for quality control.
• Take weekly or bi-weekly inventories and manage ordering of supplies.
• Track performance indicators and drive improvements with facility managers.
• Verify weekly sales figures and inventories and ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate with Corporate Office on accounting and reporting.
