Job Summary

As a Regional Director of Operations (RDO), you will lead and inspire a team of District Managers and other leaders, providing strategic direction and maintaining strong client relationships to achieve operational and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a diverse team to deliver top-tier service
• Build strong client relationships and achieve KPIs
• Participate in regional leadership, sharing best practices and fostering community
• Oversee accounts within your territory, ensuring effective communication and decision-making
• Support RVP in setting cultural tone and ensuring team transparency and safety
• Represent the company to senior clients and act as escalation point
• Ensure smooth sales and retention processes
• Collaborate on regional initiatives and ensure compliance with policies and regulations

Qualifications
