Job summary

Allina Health/CKRI is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care within the Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute. This role covers the North Region clinics, floats for LOA and PTO, with 1.0 FTE (80 hours per 2-week pay period) on day/evening shifts and no weekend rotation.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, data collection, developing and adjusting therapy plans, and coordinating care per professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist is required if providing services in the respective state.
• BLS certification required by one of the listed programs.
• A valid driver’s license is required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides therapy to patients.
• Assesses each patient and provides reassessments.
• Gathers data including health issues and tests.
• Makes clinical judgments and generates therapy diagnoses.
• Designs, implements and modifies therapeutic interventions.
• Coordinates, documents and bills per standards.
• Maintains the plan of care and supervises the program.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Licensed Physical Therapist - MN State Board of Physical Therapy

Licensed Physical Therapist - WI Dept of Safety & Professional Services

Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)

Current BLS certification (American Red Cross)

Allina in‑house BLS training

Valid Driver’s License
