Qualifications & Experience

• Candidates must have their own, reliable transportation.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing assigned client accounts and supervising staff.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Must be able to move about intermittently throughout the workday.
• Ability to stand for extended periods while performing office-related tasks.
• May be required to lift medium to heavy objects over short distances.
• Regularly pushes a loaded utility cart during the day.
• Ability to work collaboratively and productively as part of a team.
• Must be adaptable to changing client needs and priorities.

Equipment Software

• Must be proficient on the computer, laptop, monitors, mouse, keyboard, headset, copier, scanner, fax machine
• Must be proficient in MS Office and Google Apps
• Must be proficient in MS Suite
• Must have working knowledge of Teams, Zoom, or a similar virtual meeting platform
• Candidates familiar with Citrix platform will be preferred
