Job summary

AdventHealth in Greenwood Village, CO is seeking a registered nurse with Med Surg/Telemetry experience. You will assess patients across physiological and psychosocial domains, implement care plans, administer meds, and educate patients and families. You’ll collaborate with the care team to optimize outcomes.

Requirements include Associate's of Nursing (required) and RN licensure; BSN preferred. Relocation support and sign-on bonuses are available. Strong English and computer skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Provides comprehensive nursing assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental and sociocultural factors.
• Develops individualized care plans and updates them as conditions change.
• Administers medications per physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Educates patients and families on health conditions and self-care.
• Collaborates with medical staff to coordinate patient care.
• Maintains accurate documentation in the medical record.
• Adheres to infection control and safety standards.
